  • How can I contact you?

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours following payment, and use next working day delivery services through via a host of delivery providers. As a result, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days, often quicker. We also aim to manually deliver products to local locations where possible.
  • Can I add to my order after I have paid?
    This can be problematic but we can try depending on how long it has been since you place your original order. Please get in touch at hello@wagandwhistle.co.uk and we will do out best to fulfill your request to add to your order.
  • How much is delivery?
    We charge £4.50 for delivery for orders up to £30 - for orders over £30 it is free! We also offer a local delivery service which carries a cost of £1 provided you are within an 18km area of our HQ (Alfreton, Derbyshire). If you are, you will be given the 'Local Delivery' option at checkout.
  • Can I collect my order from you?
    We do not currently accept collections. Instead, we offer a local delivery rate of £1 which covers an 18km radius of our HQ location
  • How do I change my profile details?
    Log into your account using your email address and password, then click on 'My Account' (the little person symbol in the right hand corner). Here you can update your personal details, such as your name, delivery address, and update any card details assigned to your profile.
  • Do you offer products with specific dietary requirements?
    Absolutely - we are committed to providing your pups with high quality, naturally sourced treats for a wide variety of health requirements. You will be able to filter the products within our store based on those needs. You can also check on the product description for individual products. Rest assured all Wag & Whistle products are 100% natural dog treats. Please contact us via email (hello@wagandwhistle.co.uk) if you are unsure about a specific product and what to check.

    Yes, Wag and Whistle offers a variety of natural dog treats suitable for all breeds and sizes. From training treats to dental chews, there's something for every pup. Please refer to the individual products recommendations on age, as this varies depending on the products.
