We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours following payment, and use next working day delivery services through via a host of delivery providers. As a result, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days, often quicker.

We also aim to manually deliver products to local locations where possible.

This can be problematic but we can try depending on how long it has been since you place your original order. Please get in touch at hello@wagandwhistle.co.uk and we will do out best to fulfill your request to add to your order.

We charge £4.50 for delivery for orders up to £30 - for orders over £30 it is free!

We also offer a local delivery service which carries a cost of £1 provided you are within an 18km area of our HQ (Alfreton, Derbyshire). If you are, you will be given the 'Local Delivery' option at checkout.

We do not currently accept collections. Instead, we offer a local delivery rate of £1 which covers an 18km radius of our HQ location
